Oh, awesome about the Side Kick! (And LOL, I did immediately think of superheroes, which, I assure you, is a very fun association. ^_^) Anyway...yaaaay! *applauds you* :D
Mm, such fond memories of the SP...I really cannot read those books or do anything in that fandom without having such a lovely wash of nostalgia. *huggles* (And I reallyreally need to get my own copy of El Dorado. I ordered it for V for her birthday, and it was all I could do to give it up. ;D)
And oh, wah--I'm going to have to be disappointing. I got so thrilled at the possibility of an SP book I hadn't heard of (eee, eee, eee!!!), but then I was able to look inside it on Amazon, and from the first few pages, it looks like it's The Elusive Pimpernel under a different title. >:( *cries* Man, with a name like The After House, I was hoping it would be post-Triumph or something. *sigh*
Whoa...a body under the BBQ? O.O
Hope your picnic went well, mellon-nin! (And eeee!! It's now less than two weeks till I see you again! Will have to send you an email sometime soon.... :) )
